- Abington – Senior Transportation – BAT
Brockton Area Transport (BAT) serves the elderly and disabled population in Brockton, Abington, Avon, Bridgewater, West Bridgewater, East Bridgewater, Stoughton, Whitman and parts of Easton, Hanson and Rockland. BAT operates a fleet of modern mini-buses, that are specifically designed for the elderly and disabled, with wide doors, high roofs, low enclosed steps, and comfortable climate controlled ride. You can use BAT to go shopping, to the doctor, and visit friends anywhere within the City of Brockton as well as limited service in Easton, Stoughton, Abington, Whitman, and Avon traveling within 3/4 of a mile of the regular scheduled fixed route bus. To arrange a trip call BAT before 4:00 p.m., at least one day in advance or contact the Abington Council on Aging (COA) for for trip reservation. Times may vary. If you are 65 or older the fare is $3:00 each way within the same community and $4:00 from one Dial-A-Bat community to another.

- Easton – Council on Aging
The Easton Council on Aging is the town department that provides or coordinates programs to meet the needs of Easton residents, age 60 or older, while striving to be a resource for elders, their families, and the community-at-large. Our mission is to provide services and programs that enhance quality of life and enable our elders to live with dignity while maintaining health and independence. For needed services not provide by the town, we refer elders to appropriate area agencies for assistance. - Easton – Senior Transportation
The Easton Council on Aging, provides local curb-to-curb transportation for essential services to destinations listed in the Weekly Shuttle Bus Schedule for Easton residents age 60 or over and for disabled residents of any age who have a temporary or permanent incapacity. Rides for medical appointments are available Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Rides are dependent on driver and van availability to destinations within the COA local service area. - Stoughton – Senior Transportation
Medical Transportation - Stoughton senior citizens age 60 and over and people with disabilities are encouraged to use our Medical Transportation Service. Medical Transportation including wheel chair transport is available to Avon, Brockton, Canton, Easton, Randolph, Sharon and Stoughton. The fee for transportation is $2.50 each way. Tickets are sold 6 rides for $15 and 12 rides for $30. All passengers must have a ticket when boarding our vehicles. Their Medical Transportation Service is offered on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM and Friday, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
Transportation to the senior center daily for lunch is free.
Transportation for Grocery Shopping is offered on Tuesday mornings for $2.50 each way.
Transportation to the Food Pantry on Park Avenue is available for Stoughton senior residents and disabled residents that do not drive. Transportation is free.
